Marianne Brown
Managing Attorney
Marianne Rebel Brown, Esq., brings over 30 years of experience in family law. Her family law background includes a focus on divorce, custody, visitation, and matters relating to domestic violence. While at South Jersey Legal Services, she coordinated a federal grant that funded representation of survivors of domestic violence. Ms. Brown handles high-income divorces and has personal experience in Real Estate matters that assist with the equitable distribution of properties. She has extensive trial experience.
In addition to her family law practice, Ms. Brown is a dedicated Social Security Disability attorney with a nationwide practice representing claimants in Social Security Disability (SSD) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims under All Federal jurisdictions. She is a graduate of New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts.
With over 15 years of experience in Social Security Disability law, Ms. Brown has extensive experience representing both children and adults in SSD and SSI claims. Her practice includes comprehensive representation of claimants through all stages of the disability determination process, including handling hearings before Administrative Law Judges (ALJs) in federal proceedings. Ms. Brown’s nationwide practice allows her to assist clients across the United States in securing the disability benefits they deserve.
The LSNJ has recently awarded Marianne with the 2022 Equal Justice Award Medal as a Major Contributor of Service to clients of Legal Services.
