Family Law Practice Areas
We are primarily a family law firm. We handle divorce, custody, child support, civil union dissolution, alimony, palimony, adoption, equitable distribution and child abuse defense. Our counties of practice are Gloucester, Camden, Salem, Cumberland, Burlington, Cape May, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, Mercer, Somerset and Atlantic counties.
As a family law firm, we strive to assist families in other areas of the law as well. We handle residential real estate transactions including short sales and loan modifications. We also do Simple Wills, Living Wills, Powers of Attorney and Social Security Disability cases.
Other practice areas include Criminal Law, Juvenile Law and Personal Injury Law, we make referrals to New Jersey Court Certified attorneys.
